Executive compensation is currently
controversial. Shareholder advocates and
other critics have expressed concerns about
issues such as the effectiveness of
executive compensation from a shareholders'
perspective, the back-dating of options, and
whether adequate disclosure occurs. This
panel will discuss these and other questions
and will comment on proposed remedies. |
