Disseminating Business Knowledge: How to Measure Impact?
The World Bank Institute, the Zicklin Center for Business Ethics Research at the Wharton School, and Knowledge@Wharton will hold a conference exploring the theoretical and practical issues that arise when measuring the impact of the dissemination of business knowledge, externally and internally. The conference brings together experts from multilateral organizations, the private and public sector, and academia. The meeting is divided into three sessions: Who selects the method for assessing impact? Who is the audience for measurement results, and how does this audience shape what gets measured? What actions are taken after measurement?
