The United Nations signed a memorandum of understanding with the Carol and Lawrence Zicklin Center for Business Ethics Research at The Wharton School to collaborate in future projects.

The objection of this Memorandum is to provide a preliminary framework within which collaborative activities and projects will be undertaken and specific program areas elaborated between the Zicklin Center and the United Nations Global Compact.

The purpose of the collaboration is to:

• share agendas in areas of common interest;
• pool resources and expertise where appropriate;
• maximize impact through working in partnership;
• utilize our existing global networks to mutual advantage and benefit; and
• share knowledge and ideas.

These collaborated programs provide an opportunity for people from around the world to enrich the lives of those who are in poverty stricken areas.
